Basic alignment: Lay one parallel to target line. Set up with feet parallel. Trains consistent aim. Many golfers aim 10-20 yards off target without realizing.
Ball position: Lay one perpendicular to target line between your feet. Shows exactly where the ball sits in your stance.
Swing path gate: Two sticks parallel, slightly wider than clubhead. Swing between them. Hitting a stick means path is off.
Putting line: Lay along intended start line. Putt along it to train consistent direction.
Angled drills: Stick one in the ground at swing plane angle. Swing underneath without hitting it.
